Welcome to Nielsen's Omnibus service.  Nielsen Omnibus is a robust and reliable nationwide study of consumers. You provide us with your questions or business issues and we will add them to a weekly survey vehicle allowing us to provide you with a fast and cost effective research solution. You only pay for the questions you ask!

Nielsen Omnibus provides fast, accurate and cost-effective information about your products and/or services. Many clients share the cost of conducting the interviewing, allowing economies of scale to be passed on to you.

Nielsen Omnibus can be used for a one-off survey or for continuous tracking studies and allows flexibility when choosing your target market or qualifying respondents. All your findings are completely confidential and are not seen by other Omnibus participants.

The Nielsen Omnibus is suitable for audio and visual prompt material to aid in the recall of brands or services, to illustrate a product or service concept, ascertain recognition of specific advertising campaigns or use more complex rating scales.

Omnibus  timelines are as follows:

  • Final questionnaires to be approved by close of business Monday
  • Fieldwork  commence on Thursday afternoon  to Sunday
  • Provision of reports data tables close of business on the following Thursday
