Spencer is responsible for managing client relationships across both advertisers and publishers for Panorama consumer and media research and our range of Advertising Information Services (AIS).
Spencer joined Nielsen in July 1999 on our television audience measurement service then in 2002 managed one of our Agency client service teams responsible for servicing our range of products and also spent one year managing our radio audience measurement services.
Spencer holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics (Distinction) and has completed a range of business related training courses with Nielsen.
